Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless and transparent shipping experience. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies for our e-commerce furniture business.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping services to Bangalore only. We are working on expanding our delivery locations and payment options in the future.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Orders: Our products are typically dispatched within 10-15 days of order confirmation. Our customer success team will confirm the estimated delivery date during order processing. You will receive a notification once the product is dispatched.
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: For made-to-order products, the estimated delivery time is 25-30 days, with the shipping date indicated on the product page.

Shipping Charges

  • Bangalore: Shipments are free of charge within Bangalore. Any additional charges or entry taxes are covered by us.
  • Other Locations: Currently, we do not offer shipping services outside Bangalore. We are working on expanding our delivery network.

Order Tracking

  • To check your order status, sign up at FlexiSofa.com.
  • We aim to deliver your product within one day in Bangalore. We will proactively contact you in case of any delays.

Checking Delivered Products

Upon delivery, please inspect the product for:

  • Surface Condition: Look for any breakages, cracks, chip-offs, or infestations on the external surfaces.
  • Finish Quality: Ensure the surface is clean and has a good shine. Any dust or lack of shine can be corrected with a wood polish or cloth.
  • Assembly Completeness: Check that all nuts and bolts are present and properly fitted for products that require assembly.
  • Stability: Verify that all legs are even and the product does not wobble.
  • Structural Integrity: Confirm the overall stability, especially for seating products, ensuring there are no loose or unstable parts.
  • Internal Quality: Inspect internal areas for any loose pieces or splinters.
  • Wood Characteristics: Note natural features like grain patterns, knots, and variations, which are typical in hardwood products.
  • Seasonal Changes: Understand that slight expansion during summer months is normal for hardwood products.

Damaged Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, please report it immediately to the delivery personnel or email us at info@FlexiSofa.com.
  • Our team will assess the damage within 2 business days and provide a repair or replacement based on the degree of damage.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before delivery by logging into your account and selecting the ‘Request Cancellation’ option. Refunds will be processed according to our policy.
  • Cancellation at the time of delivery is not allowed.
  • For made-to-order (MTO) products, cancellation is not allowed after the order has been placed.

Cancellation Fees

  • There is no cancellation fee for regular orders.
  • For MTO products, the advance order fee paid will be forfeited if you cannot accept the delivery.

Note: We recommend being present at the time of delivery to check for manufacturing defects. Inform our Service Associate immediately if you encounter any issues. Our delivery staff is here to assist with any questions you may have.
