What We Cover

• We offer a 12 to 36-month warranty on sofas and other furniture for manufacturing or workmanship defects.
• This applies to items used at home under normal household conditions.

⁠What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from daily use, including fabric fading or foam softening.
• Small cuts, scratches, or stains caused by accidents, misuse, or improper cleaning methods.
• Damage from incorrect installation or assembly by anyone other than our authorised team.
• Improper storage, handling or misuse after delivery.
• Cracks or damage caused by moving the product from its original place.
• Water damage, dampness or termite damage.
• Natural changes in wood, such as expansion, contraction, or minor cracks, are normal characteristics.
• Upholstery fabrics and seat covers – the warranty applies only to the frame and mechanisms.
• Variations in colour or texture in natural materials like leather, fabric or wood.
• Commercial use of the product (office, showroom, restaurant, etc.).
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications – these will void the warranty.
• Minor unevenness (up to 5–8 mm) due to floor level differences.

⁠How to Make a Claim?

• Keep your invoice and warranty card; they are required for any claim.
• If you notice a defect covered under warranty, contact us within 72 hours of delivery or within 2 days of noticing the issue.
• Share photos and details via email or WhatsApp so our team can verify the problem.
• If we confirm it is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the faulty part at our discretion. This does not extend the original warranty period.

⁠Additional Terms

• Warranty applies only to products bought directly from FlexiSofa or our authorised partners.
• It is valid only for the original buyer and at the delivery address.
• After the warranty period, we offer paid repair services wherever possible.

Fabric Furniture Care

• Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment.
• Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth.
• Avoid harsh cleaners; use mild fabric-safe solutions only.
• Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
• Rotate cushions regularly for even wear.

Vegan Leather Furniture Care

• Wipe clean with a damp microfiber cloth.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads.
• Keep away from heat sources to prevent cracking.
• Use a mild soap solution for stains, then dry with a soft cloth.

Genuine Leather Furniture Care

• Dust weekly with a dry, soft cloth.
• Clean using a leather conditioner every 6–12 months.
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents.
• Blot spills—do not rub. Avoid water or alcohol-based cleaners.
